Starting point
The challenge
LOOP’s 24-minute circuit-training concept needed consistent member acquisition at a national scale, without losing the local trust that makes each gym part of its community.
- Post-pandemic recovery: After prolonged COVID-19 closures, many locations were unprofitable and needed to regain momentum.
- A broad audience: Reaching adults aged 30–80 required value, trust and simplicity rather than generic fitness messaging.
- Consistent growth: Across 135+ locations, the business needed a system that could bring in new members month after month.
What we did
The growth strategy
Rather than treating each campaign as an isolated activity, ODIA built a connected growth engine around offers, local relevance and ongoing visibility.
- 1
A continuous offer cycle
As one offer ended, another began. Each campaign gave hesitant prospects a timely reason to join, keeping member acquisition moving.
- 2
Support beyond membership
Recruitment ads helped find gym leaders, and open-house traffic campaigns supported quarterly trial events and visits to local gyms.
Progress
Execution across 135+ locations
The strategy was brought to life through 183+ individual campaigns, with ongoing creative testing and optimisation.
- 1
Hyper-local creative production
Gym leaders were guided to record local content. ODIA combined these recordings with broader educational assets to balance local familiarity with consistent brand quality.
- 2
Data-backed scaling
Millions of DKK in advertising spend were managed, with creatives and offers adjusted according to real-time performance data.
